AI agents
One agent for each task. Coordinated with each other, with your team approving what matters.
Each agent does one specific job: answering customers, reading orders, preparing quotes, chasing payments, pulling reports. They hand work to each other like a team would, and anything that needs a decision goes to a person.

What's already possible
What was recently too expensive or impossible for a small business is now within reach.
This is what AI can already do in a company like yours. Honestly: what works today and what's best set up with someone supervising.
Answer your customers on chat and WhatsApp
It answers the usual questions with your company's information, at any hour and in their language, and passes anything it can't resolve to a person.
Read any document
Orders, delivery notes, contracts or invoices: it extracts the data, checks it against your programs and records it without anyone typing.
Write for you
Replies to customers, quotes, reports and summaries, with your data and your way of putting things, ready to review and send.
Tools built to measure
The internal program you always wanted but was never worth building can now be built for a fraction of what it used to cost.
Answer the phone
A natural voice that takes calls in several languages, takes notes, checks availability and either completes the task or hands it to your team.
Ask your data
“Which customers have reduced their orders this quarter?” The answer comes from your own programs, without asking anyone for a report.
And whatever we set up, we check in your systems: it's not enough for the system to say it's done.

You don't need to know what to ask for. We look at how your company works and tell you what AI can do, what it can't and in what order. Then we build it and keep it running.

Frequent questions
What people ask us before starting
Where do we start?
With a 60-minute first meeting, at no cost: you tell us how you work and we tell you where we see room for improvement. You don't need to know what to ask for. If it makes sense to go further, the next step is the assessment: we go through your processes and give you, in writing, what to automate, with which technology and in what order.
Do I have to change the software I already use?
It depends on whether it's part of the problem. If your software does its job well, we connect it to everything else. If it's the bottleneck, we tell you and help you change it. And if nothing on the market fits, we build it to measure. We decide this in the assessment, with your process in front of us.
What if what's needed isn't AI?
We'll tell you. Very often it's enough to sort out the process, connect two programs or automate with rules. Putting AI where it isn't needed costs more and fails more.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It can happen, so the system is designed with that in mind: validation before anything is written to your systems, anything that doesn't add up is set aside for a person to review and, where the decision matters, someone confirms first. And we check the result in your programs: we don't take the system's word that it's done.
What happens to my company's data?
Each automation works with its own revocable credentials and only the permissions it needs. Data is validated before it's written to your systems, there's a record of what each flow does and, at critical steps, a person confirms before anything runs.
Do I have to tell my customers they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Since August 2026, the EU AI Act generally requires people to be told when they are talking to an AI. The assistants we set up say so from the first message.
Who maintains it once it's finished?
We do, if you want, through ongoing support: a monthly fee covering monitoring, exception review, adjustments and new processes. And everything is documented so your team knows what each part does.
How much does a project cost?
The first meeting is free. The assessment is quoted according to the size of the company and the processes to be reviewed. Implementation comes with scope, timeline and total cost fixed before we start, and ongoing support is a monthly fee.
Shall we look at what AI can do in your company?
You don't need to know what to ask for. Tell us how you work and where your time goes.
