Systems integration
Data is entered once and reaches everywhere.
- # ERP and CRM
- # Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- # Databases and documents
- # APIs, SaaS and legacy systems

The problem
The ERP on one side, the CRM on another, invoicing in a third and half the company running on spreadsheets. Each system has its own version of the truth and someone is in charge of making them match.
That bridging work doesn't appear on any org chart, but it eats up hours every week and it is where duplicates, outdated data and errors that are hard to trace creep in.
The solution
We connect the systems you already have so the information travels between them on its own, in whichever direction makes sense for your business and with the rules you decide: which system is authoritative, what gets synced and how often.
We don't force you to change software or migrate anything that works. If a system has no API, we find the route that does exist: exports, the database, email or the document itself.
Every tool with its own version of the truth
The same data is typed in several times, the differences show up weeks later and nobody knows which system holds the right information.
One entry, one criterion
Data comes in once and propagates with clear rules. When something doesn't add up, it surfaces right away and not three closings later.
Systems inventory
Which tools there are, what data each one holds and which should prevail in case of conflict.
Data flow design
What gets synced, in which direction, how often and what happens when two sources don't match.
Connection
Via API where one exists; and where it doesn't, by whatever route the system allows, always with dedicated credentials.
Control and traceability
A record of what has been moved, alerts when an integration fails and retries where they make sense.
- What if my ERP is old and has no API?
- That is the most common case. There is almost always a route: the database, scheduled exports, files, email or the interface itself. We check it in the assessment before promising anything.
- Do I have to change software?
- No. Integration exists precisely so you don't have to. We only raise it if the current system fundamentally blocks any connection, and in that case we say so clearly.
- What happens if two systems have different data?
- It is decided in advance which one prevails for each type of data. And when the difference can't be resolved automatically, it is flagged for a person to review instead of overwriting blindly.
- What happens if an integration fails?
- An alert is raised and there is a record of what was left half done. The flows are designed so they can be retried without duplicating operations.
- Is it safe to give access to my systems?
- Each integration uses its own credentials, with the minimum permissions needed and revocable at any time. There is a record of what has been read and what has been written, and the solution is designed with data protection and the requirements of each project in mind.
