Ongoing support

Ongoing support

A system nobody looks after stops working the day something changes. We're still there.

  • Maintenance and monitoring
  • Exception review
  • Adjustments and improvements
  • New processes

The challenge

Processes change: a supplier changes its document format, a new program arrives, a type of order appears that didn't exist before. Each change can break an automation that was working until yesterday.

If nobody keeps an eye on it, the failure is found late, the team goes back to doing it by hand and the investment is gradually lost.

The solution

For a monthly fee we monitor what has been implemented, review exceptions, adjust the flows when the business changes and resolve incidents.

And since we already know your company, ongoing support is also the most natural way to bring automation to new processes, one at a time and with the same criteria.

With ongoing support or without it

Without support

It works until something changes

Failures are found late, the team goes back to manual work and nobody quite knows what to touch.

With support

The system evolves with the business

Alerts when something fails, adjustments when something changes and new processes when it makes sense.

What it includes

  1. 1

    Monitoring

We make sure each flow works and get an alert when it fails or behaves unexpectedly.

  2. 2

    Exceptions

We review what the system sets aside and adjust the rules so it doesn't happen again.

  3. 3

    Adjustments

When a supplier, a program or a way of working changes, we adapt the flows.

  4. 4

    New processes

With the same criteria: first check whether the process is ready, then automate.

Frequently asked questions

Is it mandatory?

No. You can stick with just the implementation. Everything is documented so your team, or whoever you choose, can maintain it.

How much does it cost?

It's a monthly fee agreed in writing before we start, based on what has been implemented.

What happens if something fails?

The flows send an alert when they fail. We review it, fix it and tell you what happened and what we changed.

Does it include automating new processes?

Adjustments and improvements to what's already running, yes. New processes are assessed one by one, with the same criteria as at the start.
