Process automation
Process automation
Repetitive work stops taking up your team's time. And what doesn't add up stops going unnoticed.
- Process map
- Custom flows
- Data validation
- Exception control
The problem
A good part of your team's day goes into moving data between spreadsheets, email, CRM and management software. These are tasks that always follow the same pattern and that, even so, someone has to do one by one.
The cost is not only the time: when the process depends on nobody slipping up, errors surface late and fixing them costs more than avoiding them would have.
The solution
We map the real process, decide what can run on its own and build the flow end to end: data intake, transformation, validation against your systems and writing where it belongs.
The automation works with your own credentials and starts once the process is clear: automating a muddled process only multiplies its mistakes. And it doesn't move blindly: whatever doesn't add up is set aside for a person to review.
Before and after
The process depends on someone watching over it
Data copied by hand, tasks repeated every day and errors only discovered once they have already run their course.
The process runs and flags when needed
The bulk of the volume is handled on its own, with traceability at every step, and your team only steps in on the exceptions.
How we do it
- 1
Process map
We document what comes in, who touches it, where decisions are made and what happens when something doesn't add up.
- 2
Flow design
We build the custom automation with n8n or in-house development, integrated with your current systems.
- 3
Validation and exceptions
We define what is checked before writing any data and what is set aside for human review.
- 4
Deployment and monitoring
We launch, train your team and keep watch so it goes on performing as the business changes.
Frequently asked questions
Which processes can be automated?
Those that follow a pattern: invoice and delivery note handling, data entry, syncing between tools, sending emails and reminders, report generation, document filing. If the process can be explained step by step, it can almost always be automated at least in part.
Which tools do you use?
Mainly n8n to orchestrate the flows, combined with AI when the process calls for it, and connected to your systems: email, spreadsheets, ERP, CRM, document storage or databases.
Do I have to change my software?
Only if they're part of the problem. If a program does its job well, the automation integrates with it. If it's the bottleneck, we tell you before automating anything: automating around a bad tool only hides the problem.
What happens if the system receives something that doesn't fit?
It stops and sets it aside. We prefer a flagged exception to a doubtful value entering your systems. Every exception arrives with the detail of what didn't add up so a person can resolve it quickly.
How long does it take to implement an automation?
A contained flow is usually running in a few weeks. Projects with several systems and validations take longer; we work in deliveries so you see results from the start.
Is it safe for my data?
We work with your own tools and credentials, with the minimum permissions needed, keeping a record of what the system does and processing only the data the process needs, with the data-protection requirements applicable to the project in mind.
